Rims Tab #1

You finished or planning to use a base you decided to tune but have got a single set of rims picked out for it or you don’t know where to get them from. In this very post we collected a big tab of rims for you  to use.

Remember ask the maker for permission to use them on your tune and credit them..

Note: Instead of add “Credit – ” in each individual image I type it right here. Credit each maker via image also if you don’t know if you are allowed to use the rims you want to used. Again please ask permission but most of them won’t mind you to use them since these rims are out for the public to use. (These are only a few rims tabs out on the web, there are plenty more and more will come to this site soon.)

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Here at The Garage we would like to say Merry Christmas & have a safe wonderful New Year.

We would like to thanks everyone who came on to this site to read the posts,  forming some friendship with some site owners and people who made comments (you know who you are) and with talking about comments to all the visitors who post good and bad comments it was great fun reading them especially some of them trying to be an “official” word press staff members  trying to tell me to delete this blog but nice try.

There is small group of one person always saying that I’m that Charlie guy but like i told him I’m not but you know who you are you keep thing that.

Hopefully in the new year we can implement some feature like tutorials and putting in new section what we tried to do this year, like a tuner of the month and hopefully getting guest authors to posts pixel car related information, pixel car ‘ reviews and interview pixel car enthusiasts.

Again to everyone have a great, safe Christmas i hope Santa brings you want you asked for and have a safe, enjoying, happy New Year.

Tutorials Coming Soon To The Garage.

Like the title say we having new things coming to you the public viewers of the garage. one big thing we are figuring out is having a tutorial category filled up with a bunch of well tutorials from paint your pixel car to a making your first base or tune.

We will splitting them up into the software we think that most people using (currently two type of software brands).

The software name we will bring to you are.

but one thing is we won’t be writing any of those but using ones we think are good and the quality of the tutorial it self but we will credit the original author, but if you have written a tutorial you think it will be good here on the site make a comment.

UPDATE 1: we hit the wall at a fast pace with the actually layouts of each tutorials categories within the software programs we are featuring. if any one would like to leave a comment on the current layout we testing by moving your mouse cursor over the Tutorial link then move it down to photoshop then move it over to the one of two tutorials type mentions and comment if you like this way or we really need to find a new way.

Message from PCL

The following post is on behalf of Addict the owner of Pixel Car Life.
PCL does not have a problem with any competing Pixel Car RPG, or the way in which they choose to market themselves. The only issues we have are when members of the pixel community steal bases from our site (which we can’t even give out permission to use any way!), steal any intellectual property such as our rules and user stores, or join our site purely to advertise.

I (addict) only know of two instances where any of our members have joined another RPG with the intent of spamming, and appropriate action was taken (resulting in suspensions). I do not know of any other instances where this has occured, and I don’t believe any hacking has taken place. I can assure you that in any and all conversations I have had with my staff, I don’t think any of us have those sorts of skills! Please report any activity like that as I don’t want them on our site either.

As someone has said, anyone who suddenly has restricted access on PCL needs to look at their respect level. If it’s less than 5 you just need to quickly look through our site and agree to some of our basic rules. This system was put in place (as I’m sure you can all appreciate) to empower new users with some basic knowledge of pixeling and PCL before getting full access. We haven’t removed any accounts as part of this process.

I don’t want ours or any other RPG site suddenly on the bad side of tuners, as this puts all our sites in jeopardy. If there are any concerns from tuners, other RPG operators, or anyone in general please contact me.

In recent times i’ve posted an item called Beware Of Imitations who are imitating our name to i’m guessing ruining us for something we reported on or just plain old hate us and we say thank you very much. But i can assure all the people who come along here that those messages in shoutbox etc aren’t us and we will be never doing that crap that just childish like the people who are doing this we have a few people still in mind who are doing this you could probably guess one (Tony), CheekyCharlie also know as alterego on PCL and various other sites his real name is Charlie and lastly all the crew from Pixel Car Roleplay funny enough we think Charlie have something to do with that site.

Rips of Pixel Car RPG’s

In my years of this wonderful pixeling of cars and playing some of role playing games but recently i’ve seen more legit pixel car role playling games both from free forum hosting and those .com addresses etc get ripped of by well lets call them punks trying to create their own game with someone elses hard work from bases to the content of the layout, rules etc. So like the cheaters section i’ve created i will name and shame those rip sites, if you got a game that you think it’s a rip of something make a comment ! btw i check all comments before being approved so we don’t get dickheads like Tony G Couchman trying to be me for example with a saying just crap.
