Unauthorized use
You may not place any of our text or any other kind of media type such as images, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website including online storage or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from The Garage.
Content of Images
You may not upload any image containing mature or adult content, or any content that is copyrighted by a third-party. All of your work must be original. The Garage will not be held responsible if any of your images are found to be pirated. All images will be approved by The Garage prior to being available for use on the site. If we feel that any images are found to by pirated or without written consent by the original owner , they will be removed from the site immediately and the user might be banned from uploading further content.
Ownership
The Garage will not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our information including any images, modified or unmodified. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our site.
Third-party services
Our blog hosting company may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the Web Site. We do not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that The Garage will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services.
These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies which aren’t visible on our site. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as these TOS when you use these services. If any such terms or policies conflict with our TOS, agreements or policies, you must comply with The Garage’s or wordpress TOS, agreements or policies, as applicable.
In other words
We can change, edit or remove any of our text, images or comments on this blog without prior notice to anyone and we don’t own any images unless advertised with a small notice.
